# AML Policy
## Introduction
Orionstar B.V. (“Bethash” or the “Company”) is a Curaçao company incorporated in 2022. It operates the online casino bethash.com under the License No. 8048/JAZ issued to Antillephone, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curacao.
This policy (the “AML Policy”) sets out Bethash’s approach to preventing and countering Money Laundering (“ML”) and Terrorist Financing (“TF”). In developing this policy, Bethash has considered all current Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“CFT”) obligations required under Curaçao law, as well as best practice guidance issued for the gaming sector. This policy has been created utilising guidance issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
Bethash acknowledges that its products and services are at risk from individuals or groups seeking to launder criminal proceeds or facilitate funds designated for the financing of terrorism. As such, Bethash is committed to fostering and promoting a compliance culture throughout the company which highlights the importance of preventing ML and TF.
## Policy Statement and Objectives
Bethash prohibits the use of its products and services for any form of illicit activity, including ML, TF and sanctions violations, and is committed to following global best practices in guarding against such use. Those best practices include:
Adopting a written policy, and procedures and controls, reasonably designed to guard against ML, TF and sanctions violations;
Designating a compliance officer to oversee the implementation of the policy, procedures and controls;
Providing appropriate education and training to relevant personnel; and
Conducting independent reviews, monitoring and maintenance of the policy, procedures and controls.
The objectives of this AML Policy are to set out the main procedures, systems, and controls Bethash has implemented to follow the above best practices, and in particular to prevent and detect ML and TF.
## Chief Compliance Officer
Bethash has appointed a Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”), who is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the AML Policy. The CCO’s duties also include developing AML initiatives, working with other stakeholders to revise the AML policy, assessing new regulatory requirements and investigating and reporting potentially suspicious or unusual activity.
The CCO has an independent and direct reporting line to the Board, and will act on his/her own authority. The CCO will be authorised to submit suspicious transaction reports (“STRs”) to the Financial Intelligence Unit of Curaçao (the “FIU”) without requiring approval to do so.
## Responsibility of Employees, Directors and Officers
All of Bethash’s employees, directors and officers, regardless of their position, are required to comply with this policy, and have a duty to be aware of the need to prevent ML and TF. Should they have reason to believe or suspect that any transaction, or potential transaction, could involve the proceeds of criminal conduct, they must report this to the CCO without delay. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
As the business grows and the number of employees increases, Bethash will ensure that employees are trained to identify and report suspicious activity. Bethash will provide AML training to its employees on a regular basis.
## Know-Your-Customer Measures and Transaction Monitoring
Bethash recognises the risks it faces of being used for ML and TF and has implemented controls, policies and procedures which are proportionate and targeted to those risks. Bethash applies appropriate know-your-customer (“KYC”) and ongoing monitoring measures to further the objectives of this AML Policy and as required by law.
### KYC Measures
Bethash has adopted risk-based Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”) processes to enable it to develop a customer risk profile. These processes involve collecting certain information on customers at the onboarding stage and also monitoring customer activity. Bethash’s CDD includes the following measures:
Collecting Customer Information. Bethash will collect details on each customer to form a reasonable belief that it knows the identity of its customers. Bethash may collect such details as a customer’s wallet address, name, address, country, date of birth, or postal code (collectively, “KYC Information”). Bethash will collect any of the above KYC Information before issuing a Bethash funding address (e.g., QR code) to customers. Bethash does not presently allow customers who are non-natural persons. Bethash may utilise a third-party service provider to help it to determine the validity of the information provided by customers.
Excluding and Geoblocking Prohibited Jurisdictions. Customers are notified at onboarding that Bethash does not offer services in jurisdictions where such services are not permitted to be offered (“Prohibited Jurisdictions”), and requires customers to declare that they are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Bethash has implemented IP address-based geo-blocking of identified Prohibited Jurisdictions.
Excluding and Geoblocking Sanctioned Jurisdictions. Customers are notified at onboarding that Bethash does not offer services in jurisdictions subject to United States, European Union, or other global sanctions or watch lists, including Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria and the Crimean region of Ukraine (“Sanctioned Jurisdictions”), and requires customers to declare that they are not located in a Sanctioned Jurisdiction are not personally subject to international sanctions. Bethash has implemented IP address-based geo-blocking of identified Sanctioned Jurisdictions.
Screening for Sanctioned Parties. Before issuing a Bethash funding address to a customer, Bethash will screen a customer’s wallet address against applicable sanctions databases. Such screening measures rely on third-party blockchain forensics vendors such as Chainalysis.
### Ongoing Monitoring
Bethash performs ongoing monitoring of its customers in order to detect any behaviour or circumstances that might indicate ML or TF activity, sanctions breaches or other illicit activity. Bethash has implemented a range of processes to help it achieve this goal:
Transaction Monitoring for Sanctioned or Prohibited Jurisdictions. Bethash presently conducts a mixture of manual and automated transaction monitoring processes to identify “red flag” behaviour. Where such red flag behaviour is identified, Bethash may refuse to process any withdrawal attempts or require additional information from the customer. Bethash will further endeavour to limit any attempted customer account funding from Prohibited Jurisdictions where the associated wallet address indicates that the customer or the customer’s funds are located in such a Prohibited Jurisdiction. For instance, Bethash may prohibit a customer from funding their Bethash account using a known U.S.-based exchange wallet, as this may indicate that the customer is a U.S. person. Customers will have the ability to rebut any suspension with additional information as part of Bethash’s ongoing transaction monitoring and customer due diligence standards.
Transaction Monitoring for Sanctioned Parties. Bethash will periodically re-screen customers’ wallet addresses against applicable sanctions databases.
Identification of Unusual Activity. Bethash will monitor account activity for unusual size, volume, pattern or type of transactions, taking into account risk factors and any other red flags. Monitoring will be conducted running regular reports of unusual, high-risk, or suspicious customer activity.
Anti-Mixing Measures. Bethash does not allow the use of anonymity-enhancing technologies such as mixers, tumblers, or certain coins and tokens. Where Bethash becomes aware that an anonymity-enhancing technology is being used on the Bethash platform, Bethash will disallow such use. Bethash may also take steps to address suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns; such instances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, depending on the perceived level of risk.
Chainalysis Review. Each crypto deposit and withdrawal will be run through Chainalysis and reviewed for signs of fraud or suspicious behaviour. A customer’s account will be suspended and reviewed upon alert of potential illicit behaviour. Sufficient proof of wealth may be requested from high-risk accounts. Bethash may refuse to withdraw to certain “high-risk” addresses as determined in consultation with Chainalysis risk scoring.
Withdrawal Threshold KYC. Additionally, and independently, any account’s withdrawal function may be suspended until adequate due diligence has been carried out once that account has reached a withdrawal threshold dependent on the account’s risk characterisation over the life of the account, assessed according to Bethash’s sole discretion.
Ban Evasion Detection. Bethash will utilise third-party service providers to detect the use by one customer of multiple accounts, in breach of Bethash’s terms of service. Bethash further prohibits peer-to-peer account transfers within the Bethash platform infrastructure. Any attempts to circumvent this restriction will be treated as a red flag.
Time Zone Monitoring. Bethash has implemented time zone controls which check customers’ device location information against restricted jurisdictions to determine whether they are trying to use software to mask their true location.
Vendor Management. Bethash will periodically assess the strength of its key third-party service providers to determine whether additional services are needed, the third-party service provider is not performing in accordance with its contractual obligations, or if other remedial action is necessary for Bethash to comply with this AML Policy. Bethash may request information from any third-party service provider as part of its vendor review process.
Compliance Innovation. In addition to vendor management, Bethash will continuously monitor any non-documentary compliance mechanisms to determine whether their use on the Bethash platform would be viable. Bethash may run test or trial mechanisms on a limited basis with such compliance vendors to determine their effectiveness. Blockchain-native compliance tools may include fraud prevention services, on-chain KYC providers, and other tools designed to reflect the technological features associated with blockchain platforms.
### Enhanced Due Diligence
Whenever a red flag is triggered, the relevant customer’s account will be suspended and Bethash will perform enhanced due diligence (“EDD”). EDD may include, but is not limited to, requiring customers to provide their:
Full legal name;
Country of citizenship;
Permanent address (which must be a residential or business street address);
Identification number (a passport number and country of issuance, a taxpayer identification number, an alien identification card number or number and country of issuance of another government-issued document evidencing nationality or residence and bearing a photograph or similar safeguard);
Government-issued identification document (e.g. a passport); and
Source of funds and source of wealth.
Bethash may use third-party service providers to verify any of the above information.
5.4. Blocking of Customers
Bethash will not onboard / will block or suspend customers who:
Do not provide the identification information requested by Bethash;
Provide fake identification documents;
Adopt measures to conceal their true location;
Are from restricted or prohibited jurisdictions;
Are subjected to United States, European Union, or other global sanctions or watch lists;
Are addicted to gambling or have mental health issues; or
Deposit funds which originate from exchanges in restricted jurisdictions.
In addition, Bethash reserves the right to block and suspend players for any other reason at its sole discretion.
## Reporting
If a customer is identified as being on a sanctions list, or linked to ML or TF or other criminal activities, Bethash will make an appropriate report to the FIU.
# BetHash Terms of Use
### YOUR ACCEPTANCE
1. These Terms of Use of BetHash's service constitute a legally binding electronic end User license agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and BetHash.io ("BetHash", "Service", "Website", "us", “our”, “we”).
2. By using or visiting BetHash.io you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by any provision of these Terms, please, do not use the Service.
3. We may attempt to notify you when major changes to these Terms of Use are made, however you should review up-to-date version yourself. BetHash reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or revise Terms of Use and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by any modifications / revisions.
### GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We reserve the right to shut down accounts of non deposited players that have been inactive for over 1 month and retain any associated Cryptocurrency.
2. We reserve the right to shut down accounts of deposited players that have been inactive for over 6 months and retain any associated Cryptocurrency. Although your Cryptocurrency is stored safely, we discourage long-term storage.
3. BetHash reserves the right to expose big winners for advertising purposes.
4. BetHash reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you.
5. If it becomes apparent to us that you are in a state in which the use of the Service is not legal, we shall be entitled to close your Account immediately, in this case any balance on the Account on the date of such closure will be refunded to you as soon as practicably possible or confiscated.
6. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
7. For using the Service you must not be banned from any gambling site or gambling premises and you consent to inform us immediately if you enter into an exclusion list of any gambling provider.
### SERVICE
The Service may include hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties including advertisers and other content providers. Those sites may collect data or solicit personal information from you. BetHash do not control such web sites, and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or for the data collection, use or disclosure of any information those sites may collect. By using the Service, you expressly relieve BetHash from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
### NO WARRANTIES
1. BetHash AND ITS LICENCERS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES STATED OR IMPLIED. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS” AND ON “AS AVAILABLE” BetHash PROVIDE THE USER WITH NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE QUALITY, FITNESS, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE.
2. Regardless of our efforts, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
3. Some jurisdiction may prohibit a disclaimer of warranties and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
4. From time to time we may need to update, reset, temporarily interrupt or shut down some or all parts of the Service. Any of these actions may cause you to lose access to the Service. We shall have no liability to you if the Service or any aspect of it are interrupted or unavailable for any reason.
### KYC / AML
BetHash reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC/AML documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. BetHash reserves the right to restrict service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.

BetHash and its licensors are the sole holders of all rights in and to the Service and code, structure and organization, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property and other rights.
3. BetHash reserves any rights implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to the User hereunder and retain all rights to the Service.
### YOUR REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND OBLIGATIONS
Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that you will be solely liable for:
1. any damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with committing Unauthorized Use. You shall notify BetHash immediately upon becoming aware of committing by any person of any Unauthorized Use and shall provide BetHash with a reasonable assistance with any investigations it conducts in light of the information provided by you in this respect;
2. maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any activities that occur under your account is your sole responsibility. You remain liable for losses incurred by yourself or a third party on your account. Never share your e-mail and password with anyone, not even support team. Note that BetHash will never ask you to reveal your password;
3. for account ban due to creating more than one account and /or using automated scripts;
4. for losses due to Tip / Rain send to other users of BetHash;
5. for losses due to Bet made accidentally or by mistake;
6. for losses due to bets placed or any other losses due to service malfunction from not supported devices;
7. for losses due to mistakes in deposit and or withdrawal addresses;
8. for losses due to provided loan, borrowing to other users;
9. for any losses occurred while using the Service and agree that BetHash.io has no responsibility over such losses;
10. for covering any applicable taxes, duties which may be payable on Cryptocurrency awarded to you through your use of the Service;
11. covering payments for the telecommunications networks and Internet access services required for you to access and use the Service.
Prior to your use of the Service and on an on-going basis you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:
1. you will follow the Rules of the Service;
2. you will not use offensive words, insult in any way BetHash personnel, other Users and third parties while using the Service. Otherwise you will be banned, your Account will be terminated and Cryptocurrency from your Account will be transferred to you as soon as practicably possible or confiscated. In order to verify your identity for a Cryptocurrency refund we will demand a signed message made from a wallet which you used for depositing Cryptocurrency on BetHash if one cannot be presented Cryptocurrency on the banned account will be confiscated.
### BetHash WARRANTIES
BetHash shall be deemed liable for the timely processing of payouts for all users of the Service who comply with the this Terms Of Service and KYC/ AML.
### ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to us:
1. that you are at least eighteen years of age;
2. that your an individual above the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
3. that you are legally capable individual;
4. that you are NOT accessing the Service from Prohibited Jurisdictions. BetHash doing it's best to verify the legality of the Service in each jurisdiction however, it is User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Service is lawful.
### RESTRICTED TERRITORIES
Blacklisted Territories: Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Curacao, France, United States and/or any other restricted by law country or state. Note that it is strictly forbidden to play on BetHash’s games in blacklisted countries mentioned above.
### UNAUTHORIZED USE
1. You must keep all information relating to your Account confidential. The Service is intended solely for User's personal use. User is only allowed to bet for personal entertainment.
2. User must not transfer Cryptocurrency to the address provided by BetHash for the deposit purposes from a shared wallet or any other address not solely controlled by the User.
3. Individuals located in or residents of the Prohibited Jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to make use of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions on engaging in a Cryptocurrency play from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any individual located in a Prohibited Jurisdictions, is a breach of this Terms of Use. An attempt at circumvention includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the information used by BetHash to identify your location and providing BetHash with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence. You should ensure that you will be acting legally in your jurisdiction in using the Service and you represent, warrant and agree that you will do so.
### SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT OR SERVICE
1. If you violate any provision of these Terms of Use, then we may, at our sole discretion depending on the seriousness of the breach and without any notice to you, take some or all of the following actions:
2. revoke ability to communicate with other Users on the Website for any period of time;
3. suspend your Account for an indefinite period of time;
4. close your Account;
5. close your account and confiscate all Cryptocurrency;
6. request any KYC/AML documents.
7. In each case the level of seriousness of the breach shall be determined exclusively by BetHash and you agree not to appeal against such BetHash decisions.
8. If we suspend your Account, then during the period of that suspension you will not be able to access your Account or use the Service. If we close your Account, then you will never be able to access your Account and we may also prohibit you from accessing or using the Service in future.
9. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including, without limitation, by limiting or discontinuing certain features) without notice to you. We will have no liability whatsoever on an account of any change to the Service or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Services.
### RESTRICTIONS
It is forbidden:
* to have more than one account;
* to give access to your account to any third parties;
* to make your login and password details available to the public;
* to use double-spend transactions;
* to exploit any vulnerability of Cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Dash, Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Ripple, Ethereum Classic, Bitcoin Gold, Stellar, Zcash software for personal gain;
* to make automatic bets not through BetHash’s software or authorized 3rd party services by BetHash (Telegram @BetHash\_Bot);
* to use any scripts for automating any aspect of a registration, game, features;
* to deposit and withdraw Cryptocurrency without making actual bets;
* to withdraw winnings made from Faucet;
* to make a deposit in order to reach minimum withdrawal amount;
* to use offensive language in the chat and in the private messages;
* to ask for Cryptocurrency;
* to ask for loans and / or offer loans (to lend Cryptocurrency by extending a loan or request any users to lend you Cryptocurrency);
* to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other players;
* to excessively use Faucet (to have Faucet transactions more than 80% of your total transactions);
* to create duplicate accounts through your or any other referral link;
* to send spam e-mails with your or any other referral link or any other links;
* to spam, write in capital letters, use offensive words and post advertising in the chat window;
* to spread false information about BetHash.io on external resources (forums, blogs, social networks).
### DEPOSIT
1. BetHash does not accept third party Deposits (e.g. friends, family). You must deposit Cryptocurrency from an account/system that is registered to you.
2. Any crosschain Deposits (sending, for example, Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin address) will not be processed and coins will be permanently lost.
3. BetHash does not accept any Ethereum Tokens or internal transactions (via a contract). Any tokens or contracts that will be send to our Ethereum address will be lost.
### WITHDRAWAL
1. BetHash is not responsible for the amount of time a transaction takes to confirm due to blockchain congestion, blockchain queue back-up, receiving address confirmation time, and for incorrectly entering the wrong receiving address. The same applies to fast fee transactions where the user pays for the transaction fees even though the expected transaction confirmation time is lower.
2. We are not responsible for frozen or confiscated Cryptocurrency after Cryptocurrency have been withdrawn from the Service.
3. In some cases, Withdrawal on a User's account has to be manually confirmed by BetHash staff. The Website reserves the right to do this and as a result, those Withdrawals can take up to a few days.
### LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BetHash, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ANY LEGAL THEORY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, LOST PROFITS, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY THAT ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES (OR THE TERMINATION THEREOF FOR ANY REASON), EVEN IF BetHash HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

### SEVERABILITY
If any provision hereof is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In such cases, the part deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, BetHash's original intent.
### ASSIGNMENT
BetHash reserves the right to assign any of its rights under this Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The User may not assign any of his/her rights or obligations under this Terms of Use.
### WAIVER
No waiver by BetHash of any breach of any provision hereof (including the failure of BetHash to require strict and literal performance of or compliance with any provision of this Terms of Use) shall in any way be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or of any breach of any other provision of this Terms of Use.
### COOKIES

**How Often Does the Game Run?**
BetHash Lottery is a once-per-minute game, running for a total of 1440 rounds per day, 365 days per year non-stop. You can bet on as many, or as few rounds as you like!

# Hash Banker Bull
### The Bull Game
At Hash Banker Bull, there will be 1 dealer, and 4 players, which are represented by Spade, Heart, Club and Diamond.
Each round of game runs 1 minute. During the game, players need to bet on 4 player position. Each Hand of the 4 player positions will be compared with the Dealer's Hand.
As the max payout multiple is 3, to ensure full payment, each round 3 times of the ante would be charged, the non-used part will be returned when the game is over.
### How does the cards are fairly drawn?
Like all our games, Hash Banker Bull game uses 2 hex digits to determine a card (color and rank).

Banker Bull game uses 5 blocks to generate all 25 cards.
Each block will produce 5 cards, one each for dealer, and the 4 players.
Because the blocks and their hash value are generated by EOS mainnet block producers, totally non-controllable by BetHash.io, the games absolute fairness are guaranteed.
It's intuitive to tell the cards according to the blockchain fall.
### Bankroll (Beta)
1\. There are 2% dilution fee that will rebate the dilution of their share to all previous bankrollers. So the earlier you invest in the bankroll, the more you will earn from the subsequent bankrollers. All dilution fee will go directly to previous bankrollers and the house will not profit from it.
2\. The Bank Bull game currently have a house edge of 1.5% for players. The house will get 0.5%, the bankrollers will get 1%.
3\. When a bankroller wants to devest, if he has profit, he has to pay 25% of the profit amount as commission.
4\. If a bankroller's balance drops below 20% of the minimum investment amount, he/she will automatically be de-listed from the bankrollers.
### How does the bankroll work?
The bankroll is the pool of money that the house uses to pay out winners that plays the game.
Right now we have Banker Bull. We will release more Banker games in the future so enjoy sharing the profit!
Players can bet on the house (i.e. become bankrollers), and their bet is added to the bankroll such that they win when the house wins and they lose when the house loses.
### What is the bankroller dilution fee?
Every time you bet on the house, 2 % of your bet is paid out to the other bankrollers according to their stake in the bankroll.
Put another way, every time somebody else bets on the house, you are awarded a portion of their 2 % dilution fee.
For example, if you bet 1 BTC on the house, then 2 % (0.02 BTC) of your house bet is spread out among the other bankrollers, and the remaining 0.98 BTC is added to your stake.
**To capitalize on the dilution fee system,** you will want to bet as much as you can on the house as early as possible. As you maximize your stake, you maximize your claim on future dilution fees.
This is our way of rewarding long-time bankrollers. It's never too late to become one!
### How much commission does the house take from bankrollers?
Every time a player makes a bet, 0.5% of house edge is awarded to the house as commission. The rest of the house edge is awarded to bankrollers. Right now Banker Bull has a house edge of 1.5%.
If an investor wants to devest from the bankroll with profit, 25% of the profits will be awarded to the house.

### Hash Value
The blockchain transaction hash value is hexadecimal.
**Hexadecimal** (or hex) is a base 16 system used to simplify how binary is represented. A hex digit can be any of the following 16 digits: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F. Each hex digit reflects a 4-bit binary sequence.
### Decide a Card
We decide a card by 2 hex digits.
One digit represent the Rank of the card, that's among 13 values:
Ace (1), 2, 3 , 4 , 5 , 6, 7 , 8, 9 , 10(a), Jack (b), Queen (c), King (d)
Another digit represent the Color of the card, that's among 4 values:
Heart, Diamond, Club, Spade
